The diesel / electrical triplex plunger UHP pumps are part of the integrated solution . It has the advantages of durable , high efficiency and easy operation . The triplex plunger uses gearbox as the drive system instead of traditional belt . Key parts like high - pressure cylinder are imported from the U . S , while other parts are designed and manufactured locally to ensure quality control .

As part of our integration design, the recovery pump also plays an important role. With the help of the vacuum pump, HighMate V30 and V40 robots can achieve a 99% wastewater recovery. This follows the trends of environment-friendly technologies and also improves the surface prepared by leaving no liquid on it to prevent any rust back.

The water treatment device is integrated with a centrifuge , a dosing pump and a filter . Waste water will be collected , reacted with flocculant and filtered to separate the liquid and solid particles . The precision of filtered particles can be up to 1um. This unit allows the removal of waste water at a maximum 160 litre per minute .
