Bulk carriers see constant changes of what they carry. It can be grain, coal, equipment, dry corrosive chemicals. It is important to keep the corrosion away to keep the cargo safe and the ship. The first barrier is coating but a good coating requires a good surface preparation. @Robotplusplus is proud to introduce the HighMate C10, the new addition to the HighMate family dedicated to surface preparation in cargo hold.

The C10 uses water to clear the paint and rust from the cargo hold on the side shell frames, in between the frame and on the corrugated transverse bulkhead. It can even reach the topside. With a production rate up to 30 m2/h, it is as fast as 5 manual workers and this can be done at sea, at anchor safely with a small crew saving time and money for the ship owner.
